Our Team

Synergy is a 200 plus person global firm of diverse professional men and women. Each member of our team brings to the table years of experience and expertise. Team members are dedicated to providing solutions across our spectrum of services. Our Management Team has 50 plus years combined experience in Customer Service, Estimating, Procurement, Field Services, Finances, Operations and Engineering and Design.

Technical Engineering and Design Department

We flesh out client design concepts from cocktail-napkin sketches, through design development, fabrication, delivery and installation.
We provide fully engineered shop drawings for all project components.
We provide renderings and 3D Illustrations.

Quality Assurance Program

Our Project Teams are led by Project Managers who daily walk the shop-floor collaborating with our Project Foremen and Fabricators. We take a team approach to design and construction, massaging assembly details and construction methods to provide a durable and lasting product.

Pick and Pack Storage and Warehousing

We provide value-added service by consolidating clients project components from around the globe for assembly and/or delivery to the site for a seamless outcome.

Shipping and Installation

Our Shipping and Installation Departments are led by Professionals with 25+ years’ experience with managing global Shipping and Installation crews. We can install around the corner or on a ship on the other side of the globe.

Project Turnover to the Client

We pride ourselves in having a dedicated Project Completion Team to finish up any loose ends that can occur at the end of a project and once completed and turned over to our Clients.
